OUR open water swimming courses

Are you looking for guidance to improve your confidence in the open water?

We are running introduction to open water courses which combine seminars on how to read weather and tide forecasts to choose a safe swim spot. Benefits and risks associated with colder water swimming, input on your swimming technique and how to transition from pool to the open water, finishing with guided swims in the sea in Brighton with our expert coaches and lifeguards.

We also offer 1:1 and group coaching sessions in the sea so if you are training for an event and want to make the transition to open water from the pool, we can tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. We have coaches specialising in aquaphobia and nervous swimmers right up to national level competitive coaches so there is a coach to suit everyone.

We can arrange bespoke group trips and packages so please get in touch if you have any questions or ideas and we can help turn those into reality.
