Welcome to SwimTrek Swim Coaching at Sea Lanes, the home of high performance swim technique in Brighton & Hove. From novice swimmers all the way through to Elite level swimmers and triathletes the SwimTrek Endless Pool is ideal for technique analysis and improvement. All sessions are held in the most advanced coaching facility.
The aim of the swim coaching sessions is to improve your swimming technique allowing you to swim faster and longer, with less effort. Whether you are an open water swimmer, triathlete, scenic or masters swimmer we can help you develop your swimming potential in a bespoke 1-to-1 session.
During the session we use high definition underwater cameras, to provide instantaneous visual analysis of your technique. Using the video playback, you and your coach can then see exactly what you are doing in the water allowing you to make adjustments to your stroke there and then.
The 90 minute session is a great introduction to analyse your overall swim technique or if you've been before an opportunity to fine tune particular areas you would like to work on, also if you've just started training for an event.
Sessions are available for adults and children.

Our endless pool by the sea

SwimTrek swim coaching takes place in an Endless Pool Elite, a counter-current swimming machine that is revolutionising swim instruction. The Elite offers the fastest, smoothest swim current available in any swimming machine.
With a standard swim area of 2.44m x 4.27m x 1m and two custom-designed propellers operated by a single remote control, the Elite challenges even the finest swimmers. The custom designed outlet produces a flow of water that is wide, deep and smooth.
